Return & Refund Policy – LEBAR TALAM

This policy explains when a return and/or refund may be considered.
1. Digital Products / PJJ (Group Access, Videos, Notes, Recipes)
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided once the access link has been delivered and/or access has been granted, except in the limited cases below.
Refunds may be considered for:

Duplicate charges for the same order (e.g., double payment)

Payment successful but access link/service delivery not provided, and we are unable to resolve the issue within [72 hours] after receiving complete information from you (Order Number, proof of payment if needed, and the account used to request access)
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase

Failure to provide correct information (wrong phone/email/Facebook account) that causes verification delays

Delays due to incomplete join request information (e.g., missing Order Number)

Cases where you have already received the join link and/or gained access to the group/materials
2. How to Request a Refund Review

3. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time typically takes [7–14 business days], depending on the payment provider/bank.
