Terms & Conditions – LEBAR TALAM

By accessing this website and/or purchasing from LEBAR TALAM, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

“LEBAR TALAM”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to the business operating this website.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to any user or purchaser.
“Digital Product / PJJ” refers to digital content and services including group access, videos, notes, recipes, and support materials.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in RM (Malaysian Ringgit) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed via our approved payment gateway(s).
An order is considered successful once payment is confirmed and the order status is updated accordingly.

3. PJJ Access & Delivery (Order Received + Manual Approval)

After successful payment, your PJJ access/join link will be displayed on the Order Received (Thank You) page.
Group entry is subject to manual approval by our admin for verification purposes.
Approval timeframe: typically within [1–24 hours] during business hours.
You are responsible to ensure:
- Your checkout details (email/phone) are accurate
- You use the correct Facebook account to request access
- You provide your Order Number in the group join request (if prompted) for faster verification

If you do not receive the link or approval is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please contact us with your Order Number.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All PJJ content (recipes, notes, videos, images, documents, and materials) is owned by LEBAR TALAM and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or uploading PJJ content to any third party
Sharing access links, private materials, or paid resources without written permission

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

5. Results Disclaimer

Learning outcomes and business results vary by individual effort, experience, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific results.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this website.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
